Click the link, and listen to the bit. It is worthwhile as an example of things we should be hearing about our candidates brazenly partisan as it may be.
Like the article about Obama in the last post, this is interesting, and possibly true. I have no doubt that the facts presented are at least partially true. The point is that NPR is going after Palin, while not questioning Obama at all. As I am doomed to repeat again, there are so many shady dealings in Obama’s past as well as countless prevarications that it is inexcusable for NPR to run something like this on Palin.
Still, we need to hear things like this about our candidates. They are not perfect. Governing is not perfect. After all, bill that become law are most of the time a conclusion to a debate that involves compromise.
Of all the things Morning Edition could have been about-especially today-they chose to question Palin’s forthcoming. Wow, it is almost as if Folkenflik is not part of the media elite or is completely unaware of how one goes about selling themselves. Are you that naive, Folkenflik? Otherwise, good article and radio piece.
